SUMMARY:Positive Results Center New Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Our mission is to build a community that allows us to address\, unlearn\, and disrupt toxic masculinity\, sexism\, & patriarchal norms. We acknowledge how harmful these systemic and cultural influences are to ourselves and others. \nOur vision is to learn to value and embrace femininity\, prioritize our healing\, and practice accountability through group feedback. We envision a space where the strength of our relationships and shared intentions will guide us in challenging ourselves through discussion and practice. \nDismantling the Patriarchy meetings will be held once a week. This will be a multi-series program (through May). Meetings will begin the second week of May. \nThe weekly structure is as follows: \nWeek 1: Intro to theme\nWeek 2: dialogue w/ just questions\nWeek 3: exploration/implementation\nWeek 4: dialogue w/ just questions\nWeek 5: exploration/implementation\nWeek 6: dialogue w/ just questions & closing \nWe will be going in-depth on 3 Themes: \n1. What is Toxic Masculinity\, Sexism\, & Patriarchy?\n2. Sex and Relationships\n3. Vulnerability\, Feelings\, & Emotions
