Time to Resolve Cases

The APADRC constantly works to expand the quality and availability of resources to the under-represented and unserved residents of Los Angeles County. In 2018, we opened 184 cases, serving 259 individuals and 100 organizations. Here is a snapshot of our work. When we receive a call about a dispute, our trained Conflict Resolution Specialists work diligently to resolve the case as efficiently as possible, while also considering the underlying needs of both parties involved in the dispute. Throughout the process we maintain neutrality making sure that the agreement reached is equitable for all involved.

Cultures Served

At the APADRC, we pride ourselves on being culturally sensitive and on our ability to provide services in the native languages of the parties. In every dispute we consider the needs of the culture of our disputants. Our trained Conflict Resolution Specialists, who are nearly all bilingual, are aware and understand the impact culture can have on disputes.

Income Levels Served

The APADRC’s goal is to spread our services to everyone throughout Los Angeles County. We are sensitive that not everyone has the means to pay for these much needed services. Thanks to LA County and our Sponsors we are able to provide a sliding fee scale to work with each party based on their financial circumstances.
