2021 Asian American Action Day: Honoring Our History & Building Our Future!

Join the Pan-Asian Voter Empowerment (PAVE) Coalition on Tuesday, May 18th from 6-7:30PM for a virtual Asian American Action Day filled with stories, cultural performance, AAPI community and legislator conversations, ways to take action!
Our interactive program will include political education on Asian American history, beautiful cultural performances, calls to action to move our issue campaigns including our Asian American curriculum bill the #TEAACHAct, and testimonies from AAPI community members and elected officials including Governor JB Pritzker, Representative Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz, Senator Ram Villivalam, and Representative Theresa Mah on how together, we are fighting for an Illinois where all our immigrant, AAPI & BIPOC communities can honor our histories and build our future for safety, belonging, and dignity.
