Stop AAPI Hate Candlelight Vigil
Live Event and Public Demonstration in support of the AAPI Community Montebello City Park 1301 W. Whittier Blvd. Montebello, CA 90640 (by the Veterans Memorial) In the wake of recent acts of violence against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI), Mayor of Montebello Kimberly Cobos-Cawthorne and Mayor Pro Tem David Torres invite you to a candlelight vigil in support of the AAPI community.

Cal State University Dominguez Hills' Student Psychological Services is collaborating with the Asian Pacific Studies Program to host two virtual healing sessions for students. The healing session are a result of the recent escalation of anti-Asian hate that has had an acute impact on the mental health of AAPINH (Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian) communities. Second session is opened to colleagues in the interest of addressing mental health awareness in confronting anti-Asian hate. Register here.
