As the population ages at an alarming rate and the modern workforce spans five generations, bridging the divides has never been more important. “We Need to Talk” is an innovative and open-ended series of hour-long, online sessions designed to do just that.Free to people of all ages and hosted by Top Sixty Over Sixty, these empowering, monthly Zoom-based sessions will leverage the thinking, knowledge, attitudes, and perspectives of everyone present. The goal is to facilitate new intergenerational connections enabling participants to learn, challenge assumptions, and collaborate.

Our first dialogue went off smoothly with incredibly positive outcomes according to unsolicited, informal feedback and our survey results. One of the most exciting findings was that our audience consisted of many generations from around the world (Australia, UK, EU, US).
